Shipping Information: Orders are received and processed within three to five business days. Delivery may extend for up to an additional five business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. Our shipping rates are based on total weight. Standard shipping is by USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise requested. Shipping rates vary when not using PayPal. Please include the preferred shipping address, if different than your address, as well as your telephone number in the Optional Instruction note field.

Returns of Merchandise: Returns of merchandise will be accepted with prior notice (via e-mail or phone contact) and reply approval for up to one month from purchase date. All returned merchandise must be in new condition as originally purchased. We reserves the right to refuse the return, if once the merchandise is received, the condition of the book is not acceptable for resale. Returns are shipped at the customer's expense. Credit for other merchandise will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of the returned merchandise.

Prices: With the exception of prices confirmed at the time of purchase, prices are subject to change without notice.

Discounts: Blue Cross subscribers and Pennsylvania College of Technology staff and faculty receive a 10% discount. Please call directly with your order to receive this discount.

A customized, secure PayPal invoice will be sent to you for your payment information. Do not include your credit card account information in your original e-mail; wait for the invoice.

Orders outside the United States: Orders outside the U.S., including shipping charges, must be prepaid in U.S. dollars.
